You will be met by our driver at the JKIA Airport who will transfer you to Wilson Airstrip for your flight to Lowdar Turkana County. On arrival, you will check in at your hotel. Thereafter, you'll go for an evening walk at the most famous mountain called Masalaba Mountain which is a conserved area by the Catholics explaining how Jesus was persecuted and crucified in the form of an art. At the top of this mountain, you will have a beautiful view of Turkana County as a whole.
You will then come back to the tour hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Meals & Drinks:
You will wake up at 6:30 am and have breakfast at your hotel thereafter you will have a 40-minute drive to Lake Turkana shores. Here, you will board a boat which is about 1 hour to the Great Central Island of Lake Turkana. Upon arrival at the Cantal Island of Lake Turkana, you will proceed and hike to the top. A hidden gem in Kenya’s northern frontier. You'll discover the island’s breathtaking landscapes, home to three stunning crater lakes, including Flamingo Crater Lake and Crocodile Crater Lake. You'll marvel at the vibrant birdlife, ancient volcanic craters, and tranquil waters.
You'll start your day with a hearty breakfast before heading out at 10 amfor an unforgettable adventure into the heart of Turkana villages. You'll dive into the rich cultural heritage of the Turkana people, learning about their traditions, practices, and way of life. You'll get a firsthand look at their iconic homes, and the manyatta, and have the chance to interact with the locals, capturing beautiful moments and memories with stunning photos. After a day of exploration, you'll return to your hotel for a delicious dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.
